Hi love, welcome to the wild side
Here's a bit of my wild, fun journey
Born in the U.S. and raised in Brazil, I grew up in a life that looked perfect on the outside — full of structure, expectations, and a clear path to “success.” I studied product design and followed the script. But the truth? My soul was craving something deeper — something wilder.
At 19, I felt a powerful inner pull to return to the U.S. I booked a one-way ticket with no plan — just a deep trust in the unknown. That leap led me straight into a yoga class that cracked something open in me. Mid-flow, I had a download: Join the YTT. Even though I barely spoke English, I said yes. That was the beginning of everything.
Since then, my path has taken me through many portals — guiding classes at 20, managing a wellness center in L.A., almost getting married, then walking away from a life that looked perfect but wasn’t aligned with my truth. That unraveling was painful, but necessary. It was my initiation into who I really am.
Through heartbreak and healing, I rediscovered the feminine — the parts of me I had hidden to fit into a world that wasn’t built for softness, wildness, and truth. I dove deep into Tantra, Taoist philosophy, yoga, dance, embodiment, and breathwork — and remembered the power of being fully, unapologetically myself.
Now, with over 1,000 hours of yoga training, 400+ hours in embodiment and dance, and years of experience in breathwork and somatics, I guide other women back to their bodies, their truth, and their inner fire.
This is more than work — it’s a devotion.

My Mission
To guide women back to their bodies, breath, and truth — through movement, breathwork, and feminine embodiment.
I create sacred spaces where women feel safe, seen, and free to reclaim their power, softness, and wild essence.
This is a return to the real, the raw, and the radiant.
My Vission
A world where women live fully embodied in their truth — soft and strong, wild and wise.
Where the feminine is honored, expression is celebrated, and healing becomes a path of remembering.
I envision communities of women rising together, rooted in love, radiance, and unapologetic authenticity.
