About my journey
Hi love, Welcome to the wild side
My journey hasn’t been linear... It’s been layered, raw, and real — full of unexpected turns, profound awakenings, and deep remembrance.
I was born in the U.S. but moved to Brazil when I was just a year old. I grew up following a predictable path that looked like “success” on the outside — studying product design and checking all the boxes. But deep down, something was missing. One day, I had a sudden knowing: I needed to leave it all behind and return to the U.S. With no plan, just a heart full of faith, I bought a one-way ticket.
Shortly after arriving, I landed in a yoga class that cracked me open. Midway through, I received a message loud and clear: Join the YTT (Yoga Teacher Training). I barely spoke English. I didn’t know much about yoga, I was just getting started. But I trusted the call!
After my first Power Yoga training, I returned to Brazil for six months, where I began guiding classes at just 20 years old. Later, I moved to Los Angeles, where I spent five years managing a wellness center focused on cryotherapy and sauna, while continuing to teach.
During that time, I was offered a teaching position at a studio and found myself in a relationship that seemed perfect on paper. We were on the path to marriage — but something within me knew it wasn’t aligned. We loved and respected each other, but I hadn’t yet truly met myself. Our separation was painful — it felt like my life was falling apart — but it was also the beginning of everything real.
In the darkness, I woke up. I realized I’d been living a life shaped by expectations — my parents’, society’s, even my own outdated beliefs. I was hiding my light to fit in, to make others comfortable. So I stopped. I stepped back. And I reclaimed the role of director in my own story.
That’s when I returned to the path of the feminine — embodiment, emotion, power, pleasure. I began studying Tantra, Taoist wisdom, somatics, and dance, while deepening my roots in yoga. Now, with over 1,000 hours of YTT, 400+ hours in embodiment and dance, and extensive training in breathwork, I guide women back to what they already are:
Whole. Wild. Worthy.
My mission is to help women feel safe and radiant in their rawest form — not who they think they should be, but who they’ve always been beneath the layers.
Come home to yourself. I’ll meet you there.

My Mission
I'm absolutely in love with women. And I LOVE to see them shine in their own skin. I guide women back to their bodies, breath, and truth — through movement, breathwork, dance and feminine embodiment.
I create sacred spaces where women feel safe, seen, and free to reclaim their power, softness, and wild essence.
This is a return to the real, the raw, and the radiant.

My Vision
A world where women feel beautiful in their own skin — not because they’ve been told they are, but because they’ve remembered.
Where softness is strength, and self-expression is sacred.
I envision a world where women walk with confidence, speak with clarity, move with freedom, and live from the truth of who they are — raw, radiant, and deeply embodied.
